Salam Albadi is an international legal professional whose work bridges
continental civil law traditions, common-law jurisprudence, and the doctrinal
frameworks of international humanitarian law.
His academic trajectory moves from foundational legal studies at Lincoln University
and King Saud University to advanced research in criminology and the suppression of
cybercrime, culminating in a Master of Laws from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III)
— France’s leading institution for the rigorous study of public and private law.
Today his work concentrates on three converging questions: how states resolve
disputes inside and beyond their borders, how international institutions respond to
organised and digital criminality, and how legal decision-making can remain
principled under conditions of geopolitical strain.
“
The law endures only where it is applied with both rigor and conscience —
indifferent to power, attentive to people.
